What To Expect
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is recommended. Athletic or loose-fitting clothing works best. You may be asked to adjust or remove layers depending on the area being treated.
How long are appointments?
Initial assessments are approximately 30 minutes
Follow-up treatments are typically 20 minutes
Treatment time may vary slightly depending on your individual needs.
What happens during my first visit?
Your first appointment includes a review of your health history, discussion of current concerns, and a full-body assessment. Gentle osteopathic treatment is also provided during the session.
What about follow-up visits?
Follow-up appointments focus on continued assessment and treatment based on your progress and current concerns. Each session remains individualized and holistic.
Insurance & billing
Direct billing is available for most insurance providers. Please confirm that your plan includes coverage for osteopathy services prior to booking. I offer direct billing for most insurance companies.
